Project Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the detailed project design, planning, execution, and monitoring for all organizational projects.
Manage end-to-end responsibility for project management and program implementation for special projects and events.
Build and lead cross-functional project teams by consulting with Function Heads and Top Management.
Ensure timely delivery of projects according to agreed Project Implementation Plans (PIP).
Oversee multiple projects and be accountable for deliverables throughout the Project Lifecycle.
Monitor progress, provide direction to team members, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Conduct impact assessments, determine timelines, return on investment (ROI) projections, and financial viability of projects.
Liaise with external vendors and consultants to design and deliver project-related initiatives.
Act as the main point of contact for project design, implementation, and queries.
Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Facilitate key project-related management meetings and provide regular progress reports.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial compliance and viability.
Provide leadership to project staff, including engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to PMO guidelines and standards across all projects.
Support strategy development and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master degree in engineering. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale or complex projects. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively when implementing projects and solving problems.
PMP certification and other relevant project management certification.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages.
Working Conditions:
Office based - 5 days a week and 8 hours a day.
