A leading construction company is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Jordanian national to serve as a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant, contributing to the success of our ongoing construction project in Baghdad, Iraq
The Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant will play a vital role in the successful execution of our construction project while providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and general office management.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight construction deadlines.
