CMA CGM Iraq is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless operations and efficient coordination.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events and meetings.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily office operations.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ensure smooth communication between different departments and the agency's Senior Management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
