Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a skilled HR professional with at least three years of experience in recruitment, payroll management, social security and tax processes, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will also have a strong commercial mindset to effectively manage client relationships during the onboarding of staff.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle social security and tax-related processes, including coordination and visits to tax and government departments.
  • Develop and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during staff onboarding, addressing any issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a professional and commercial mindset.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and procedures.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, payroll management, social security, tax-related activities, and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with clients and manage external relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
