The Operations Team Lead will help Toters scale up operations. We are looking for a multi-skilled candidate with strong project management and organizational skills. The selected individual will manage a team of operations managers to handle day-to-day operations at Toters, and help the company achieve superior experience for customers and merchant partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Operations team into fulfilling their monthly KPIs. Manage and develop an efficient courier hiring program . Design and refine courier training programs to ensure delivery efficiency and superior customer experience. Ensure orders are delivered on time and as efficiently as possible. Analyze operations and drive improvements across different stages of the delivery process to improve customer experience through numerical analysis. Meet the KPI targets for order fulfillment and service quality. Channel market feedback to technology team to improve the Customer, Shopper, and merchant Apps . Plan new delivery coverage zones for Toters and ensure sufficient supply of couriers and partner stores.
Requirements:
Responsible individual who is able to wear multiple hats to get the job done, from sitting behind a desk and performing analytical tasks, to following up with stores and shoppers. To be available anytime that the work needs and the supervision for multiple warehouses . Strong organization and management skills.
Able to learn and use web tools. 4+ years of experience in project management or operations and people management.
