• Assist in the development and management of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
• Conduct thorough manual testing to identify and document defects, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of our QA processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate the timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
• Review new product SRS, BRD, and other technical documents to create detailed test cases, ensuring the new product meets all requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of product changes to ensure they are properly implemented in all future updates.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues promptly.
