On Planning & Target Achievement
- Partner with distributors to establish annual and monthly sales forecasts by product, area, and team, ensuring strategic alignment
- Monitor weekly sales progress by SKU/area versus targets, providing actionable recommendations to distributors and the Pharmaline team
- Assess team structure and capabilities to meet business needs, propose adjustments from distributor, and ensure timely implementation
- Perform double visits with the distributor to gather insights from clients and peers, proposing strategic action plans to distributors and Pharmaline team and implement within set timeline
- Actively contribute to the development of Pharmaline's portfolio by identifying market opportunities for new products
On Marketing Initiatives
- Lead timely execution of marketing initiatives in partnership with distributors, ensuring alignment with strategies and ROI maximization. Report outcome and recommendations to Pharmaline Team
- Collaborate with the Pharmaline team to develop and update marketing strategies based on market dynamics, ensuring distributor alignment and implementation
- Oversee marketing expenditures to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency
On Customer Relations and PR
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, including physicians (cardiologist and endocrinologist) and pharmacies, to advocate Pharmaline products effectively
- Actively participate in sales meetings, proposing actionable suggestions to address challenges and meet targets
- Deliver monthly strategic marketing intelligence reports analyzing competition, evaluating sales initiatives, and recommending actionable insights for product launches and market trends
