The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and structures are functioning efficiently and safely. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
* A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Proficiency in AutoCad software and experience with preparing scope of work and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
* Strong project management skills and cost estimation expertise
