Job Description A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an IT Services Consultant to join their team in Iraq.
Technical Support Responsibilities:
Full coverage of Iraqi sites includingwhole IT
hardwareand
system landscape. Installation of new laptops with company's laptop build. Identifying & trouble shooting technical issues. With hardware andsoftware. Replacing faulty laptops
with new laptops. Resolvingnetworkissues
with the help of Global Team by raising a ticket. Installingand
configuring hardwareandsoftware as per requirements. Managing / updating IT Inventory. Maintaining Meeting rooms and conferences equipment. Supporting sales Team for IPAD configuration /
troubleshooting issues. Responding tousersquickly to understandtherootoftheirproblem. Providingtimelyand
accurateuser feedback. Talkingusersthrougha
series ofactionstoresolve theproblem. Followingupwith
usersto ensuretheproblem isresolved. Supporting therolloutof newapplications. Providingsupportintheform ofprocedural documentation. Managing multiple casesat onetime. Testingand
evaluatingnewtechnologies. Followingelectrical
safety
checksonequipment. Trackingusersticketsand provides timely
resolutions. Raising tickets to Global Team for issues that
require support from Global Team. Inform users on Global Outages.
Requirements
Graduate from IT Department, Computer Science, or Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Availability to work 3 days a week.
3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal.
