Job Description

Influencer Marketing Manager



Sector: Fashion & Apparel



Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategies for acquiring influencers that align with brand aesthetics and values.
Craft unique outbound communication to engage, onboard, and grow influencers on the Savana platform.
Actively schedule and lead calls with potential influencers, building relationships to convert them into brand ambassadors.
Maintain ongoing, proactive communication to nurture influencer relationships and address their needs.
Guide influencers through the onboarding journey, providing clear information about brand guidelines and expectations.
Conduct coaching sessions to help influencers optimize their profiles, content, and earning potential.
Ensure a seamless transition between influencer onboarding and account management, enhancing retention and engagement.
Collaborate with the Campaigns team to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Regularly recommend influencers for brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audiences and campaign goals.
Oversee influencer deliverables and performance, monitoring KPIs to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Manage KOL groups and assist in identifying new business development opportunities for KOLs.
Build and strengthen partnerships with influencers, aligning collaborations with brand growth objectives.
Conduct competitive research on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and emerging creators.
Stay updated on industry trends to keep the brand at the forefront of influencer marketing innovation.
Share insights and recommendations internally to inform strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Track and report on influencer campaign performance, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Use data-driven insights to optimize future influencer partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets tied to influencer marketing goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer inquiries, troubleshooting any issues and escalating as necessary.
Build a supportive influencer community, promoting brand loyalty and long-term collaboration.

Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms and tools, including performance tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Proven ability to create and manage influencer campaigns, achieving measurable results.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
Experience managing influencer programs and building brand communities.
Knowledge of KOL management and partnership development.
Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
