Job Description

A leading company in the fashion industry is seeking an experienced and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team. This role involves acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about influencer marketing, have a deep understanding of social media trends, and excel at crafting compelling brand narratives through influencer collaborations.


  • Influencer Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop and implement strategies to acquire influencers who align with the brand's aesthetics and values. Build long-term relationships, converting influencers into loyal brand ambassadors.
  • Influencer Onboarding & Growth: Guide influencers through the onboarding process, helping them optimize their profiles, content, and earning potential.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the campaigns team to design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • KOL & Partnership Management: Oversee KOL groups and identify new business development opportunities for influencers within the fashion industry.
  • Market Research & Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and fashion, using insights to inform strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and leverage data to refine future influencer partnerships.
  • Influencer Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for influencer inquiries, providing prompt and effective resolutions to any challenges they encounter.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms and performance tracking.
  • Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in performance reporting.
  • Experience managing influencer programs and building brand communities in the fashion industry is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of KOL management and partnership development.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends in fashion.

RequirementsExperience: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role within the fashion industry.
Skills: Strong ability to identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with influencers; experience in managing influencer campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media trends and platforms, including tools used for influencer tracking and campaign management.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with influencers.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay updated on trends, and pivot strategies as needed.
