Job Overview:
As the Inbound Sales Assistant, you will manage daily tasks, oversee social media messages, assist with training new sales agents, and provide performance analysis and recommendations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Team Lead in daily tasks.
- Oversee the sales team and ensure target achievement.
- Manage social media messages, especially on Telegram.
- Assist in training new sales agents.
- Analyze data and provide performance recommendations.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills.
