Job Overview:
Sama Al-Fayhaa is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in HR practices and processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and training schedules.
- Help with payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback collection.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR practices.
- Assist with any other administrative duties related to HR operations as assigned.
