Job Overview:
Sama Al-Fayhaa is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in HR practices and processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and training schedules.
  • Help with payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback collection.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR practices.
  • Assist with any other administrative duties related to HR operations as assigned.
