Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual with an open mindset to fill the role of HR and Admin Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting HR and administrative processes and procedures.


Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Records Management:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Administrative Coordination:


  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Organize and maintain company documents and filing systems.

HR Support:


  • Support HR initiatives such as employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:


  • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.

Office Management:


  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Event Planning and Coordination:


  • Organize and coordinate company events and activities.
  • Manage logistics for internal and external events.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the same field
  • Education: BA in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Languages: English, Arabic, and Kurdish
  • Skills:
