One of the Shull's International client in the fashion E-commerce industry "SAVANA" is looking for Growth Manager position in Iraq.

Role Summary:


As the Growth manager, you’ll be the dynamic energy of our team, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless drive to accelerate growth. You’re the kind of person who thrives on challenges, embraces change, and is ready to make a substantial impact from day one.


What You’ll Do:


Drive Business Growth: Leverage analytics and consumer insights to drive growth and optimize performance metrics.


Establish and optimize business processes and systems, monitor and manage all operations within the Company


Consumer Insights & Market Localization: Lead consumer research to inform localized marketing strategies, ensuring our approach resonates with the Iraqi market.


Operations Management: Collaborate with last-mile vendors, warehousing partners, clearing agents, and customer service providers to streamline operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Product & Feature Innovation: Use a keen understanding of consumer behaviour to propose new features or product innovations that meet local market needs.


Timely allocate resources, proactively discover the needs of business teams, provide specific and feasible suggestions, and promote implementation.


Actively and effectively communicate with business GM, and coordinate resources in a timely manner to solve corresponding problems.

Strategic Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify growth opportunities, optimize business processes, and implement creative solutions.


Executional Excellence: Comfort working with multiple vendors, handling legal contracts, conducting price discovery, and liaising with senior industry professionals


Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on cutting-edge tools and trends to drive competitive advantage.



Requirements

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.


4+ years of experience in growth roles


Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and motivate a team.


Proven experience managing projects and consumer-facing business


Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and growth tactics for young audiences.


Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
