Job Description

A leading fashion brand is seeking a Growth Evangelist to drive business growth and establish market leadership. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the brand’s presence in the fashion industry and accelerate its growth in Iraq.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive Business Growth: Utilize analytics, data mining, and customer insights to identify and drive opportunities for growth, optimizing business performance across multiple channels.


  • Customer Segmentation & Engagement: Analyze customer behavior to segment the market and design targeted marketing campaigns and promotions that resonate with Iraqi consumers.


  • Consumer Insights & Market Localization: Lead consumer research initiatives to inform and implement localized strategies, ensuring they align with the unique demands of the Iraqi market.


  • Operations Management: Work closely with vendors, warehousing partners, and customer service teams to streamline operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.


  • Data Automation & Reporting: Implement data-driven tools and automation for scaling business insights, enabling quick decision-making and faster execution.


  • Product & Feature Innovation: Collaborate with the team to propose innovative product features and solutions, using consumer behavior data to meet local market needs.



Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


Experience: 2+ years in growth roles, particularly in e-commerce or business development, with a proven track record of driving market success.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in customer segmentation, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, think strategically, and execute effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and campaigns, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and trends, with a creative and strategic approach to marketing and growth tactics.
