Job Description

Job Summary

The Graphics Designer creates visual concepts by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. The role develops the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.




Job Responsibilities 1

Meet with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job .Estimate the time required to complete a job and providing quotes for clients.


Develop design briefs that suits the client's purpose.


Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.


Use innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraint.


Work with a range of media, including computer aided design (CAD) and keep up to date with emerging technologies.


Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.


Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers and obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layout for approval.


Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up approved copy and art.


Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; follow manufacturer's instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs; maintain equipment inventories; evaluate new equipment.


Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proven graphic designing or illustration experience


Highly skilled in design software and technologies, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.


Familiar with 3D designing and renderings.


Exceptional creativity and innovation; a keen eye for aesthetics and details.


With artistic flair and creativity; passion and enthusiasm for design


Familiarity with Photography, Video editing, and 3D rendering


ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.




Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
