Job Description

This role is responsible for developing new prospects and interact with existing customers, developing sales process standards, leading sales prospects, negotiating deals, managing accounts, and generating leads. Analyzes sales, market, and competitor data, focusing on customer satisfaction, sales, profitability, and operating expenses. also monitor quality metrics, capture customer feedback, and identify revenue-boosting strategies. The role specially involves strategic solution development, collaborating with product development and technical teams, assessing market demands, and presenting comprehensive proposals.


Job Duties:


Product Development and Implementation:


  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's fiber devices and solutions, staying up-to-date on new products and features.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Support the technical team to provide insight and introduction about the company profile.
  • Develop technical knowledge about product specifications.

Market Research and Customer Analysis:


  • Assess market demands and customer needs to create customized solutions and offerings.
  • Drive the analysis of sales, market, and competitor data, and identify trends.
  • Capture feedback from customers to identify customer requirements.

Sales and Customer Service:


  • Present comprehensive solution proposals to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the offerings.
  • Build relationships with customers and improve customer experience.
  • Lead and drive sales prospecting, negotiation, deal closing, account management, customer relations, billing, and sales leads generation for the business solutions section.
  • Target and create relationships with ISPs, distributors, and sub-distributors to promote and sell FTTH Network products.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement field visits to potential customers.
