Job Description

  • Collaborating with the culinary team, you will be involved in creating and updating menus, ensuring they align with current trends and meet the expectations of the clientele.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and establishing strong vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and superior quality products.

  • Plan and implement strategies to meet financial goals, leveraging your role as the Food and Beverage Manager to optimize resources and control expenditures.
  • Take a hands-on approach in guest interactions as the Food and Beverage Manager, actively listening to feedback and taking swift action to enhance their dining journey.
