- Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team as a Finishing Works and Handover Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all finishing works activities and ensuring a smooth handover process from the contractor to the operator.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and collaborate with the project team to identify finishing works requirements, develop project plans, and oversee the implementation of all finishing works activities.
•Ensure that all finishing works comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
•Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all finishing works are completed to the highest quality standards.
•Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
•Oversee the handover process from the contractor to the operator, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and that the project is handed over on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
•Liaise with the contractor, operator, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the handover process.
•Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Architect / Civil Engineering Degree or a related field.
•Minimum of 12 years of experience in finishing works and handover management.
•Proven track record of working on large-scale hotel projects.
•Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong project management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Willingness to travel as required.
