Field Finance Assistant

Responsible for the preparation and consistency of accounts with payable/receivable transactions, billing, and payroll disbursements in regards to banking. Coordinated document preparation and payroll checks to ensure validity. Responds to customer inquiries and ensures accurate data entry procedures. Under direct supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures. Supports general business operations by providing administrative support actives such as data entry, reporting, and written correspondence requiring attention to detail. Basic oral and written communication skills are required. Entry level job which requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
