Job Description

Chinese Executive Chef -Iraq - $3800 Net/monthly


About the Role:
As our Executive Chef, you will be the creative force behind culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You will oversee daily food preparations, manage kitchen staff, and maintain excellent health and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily food preparations from the Contractor's kitchen
• Post menu items and ensure timely food preparation, transport, and set-up
• Conduct daily site visits to oversee food service operations
• Train and supervise catering staff, ensuring proper hygiene practices
• Maintain food health standards and temperature controls
• Conduct quarterly customer surveys and follow up on feedback
• Ensure adherence to food health standards and maintain proper documentation


Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in 4-star hotels or above in P.R. China
• Recommendation letter signed and stamped from previous employer(s)
• Extensive knowledge of Chinese and international cuisines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
