- Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in the construction and contracting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the installation of electrical systems in various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop electrical designs, specifications, and drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes and standards
•Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, communications, and control systems
•Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful completion of projects
•Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that electrical systems are installed and commissioned in compliance with project specifications and applicable codes and standards
•Prepare project progress reports, budgets, and schedules and communicate with clients and stakeholders
•Manage project risks and ensure that project deliverables are completed within budget and schedule
•Provide technical support to project teams and mentor junior engineers and technicians
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry
•Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards
•Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
•Experience with electrical systems installation and commissioning
•Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule management
•Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
