Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the executive team by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals. This role oversees all aspects of HR operations, ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy to support the company’s business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on HR-related matters, including organizational design and workforce planning.
- Oversee essential HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development, and offboarding.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through targeted initiatives and programs.
- Manage the HR budget efficiently and optimize the use of resources.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
