Accountable for:
Implementing sales plan for the department to achieve the goals set by the Retail
Management.
Implement the Direct Sales initiatives set by the Department.
Key Roles:
Maximizing products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs.
Implement the detailed sales plans to achieve his target.
Planning daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets.
Promoting the bank’s services and products through direct and cross selling to achieve the
bank’s goals and increase its market share in those products.
Maintain the relationship with the customers and work constantly on improving it, and
ensure that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfils their needs on a
level that ensures preserving those customers.
Represent the bank in the exhibitions & campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best
image of the bank.
Key Performance Indicators:
Achievement of sales targets.
Achievement of Service Quality standards.
Job Requirements :
Education: University degree in Business Administration or
financial sciences from a reputable university.
Experience: Min.1 year experience in Retail Banking and sales.
Competencies:
Good in English & fluent in Arabic
Total knowledge of bank’s products & services
Marketing & selling skills
Computer & different system applications skills
Flexibility & amiability
Capability to contact and deal with customers
Patience & calmness when working under pressure
