Category Business Program Management and Administration Job Type Full-time Typical Pay/Range $67,500 to $75,500 Annually Education Associate Degree Travel Up to 25% Security Clearance Required Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Alutiiq Essential Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Program Manager (DPM). The DPM will maintain and provide logistics support services to guests of the Sully Compound.
Responsible to coordinate, assist in tracking, performing project administration and coordination with BDSC personnel and other clients to ensure that all Chief of Mission Baghdad, Embassy (COM) arriving and departing passengers are met and assisted from BIAP to BDSC, or BIAP to Amman, or BDSC to EHP (Embassy Compound), or BDSC/BIAP to Erbil or Basrah, or to other designated locations. Responsible to assist and support the Program Manager / Supervisor and corporate staff in monthly billing and invoicing for project administration. Must be able to perform all the responsibilities of the Supervisor when required. Will be required to have scheduled daily operational duties as defined for the Logistics Coordinator Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Logistics Coordinator. This position will be identified as Key Personnel.
Payrange: $67,500 to $75,500 Annually
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s Degree or a minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Five to Seven (5 - 7) years’ of experience in logistics management or related field. Must have an active Security Clearance. Must possess a current Iraq visa. Must possess a current and valid U.S. Driver’s License. Ability to operate a 10,000-25,000 pound forklift. Operate a 25-passenger bus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Inventory/Property accountability procedures. Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with other team members. Exhibit excellent oral and verbal communication skills. Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
