  • Regularly update databases, spreadsheets, and systems to reflect any changes, new entries, or modifications.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather, update, and process necessary data in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to company data protection and privacy policies.
  • Conduct routine audits of data to ensure compliance with company standards and accuracy.
