Job Description
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing correspondences with the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), coordinating CBI requests across various departments, drafting and following up on official communications, and ensuring that ZainCash's operations adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's integrity and compliance standards.
- Serve as the liaison between ZainCash and the Central Bank of Iraq.
- Manage and coordinate responses to CBI inquiries and requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and documentation to the CBI.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and ensure compliance with CBI directives.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to address regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes.
- Draft, review, and manage official letters and communications related to compliance matters.
- Maintain organized records of all compliance-related correspondences and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on compliance activities and present findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by the CBI and other regulatory bodies.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
