Job Purpose:
- Compensation Sr. Officer is responsible for providing support related to compensation services, which include
overtime and on call, SIM (Active & Lock), distributing salaries (employees & contingent – Area4), Social
security & income tax.
- Parodic Reports and Inventories (Income Tax document, social security document ……. etc.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
· Complete the Social security checks according to the movement of the employees (Appointment or resignation) and send the lists monthly with the work of the annual statement for each year of social security.
· Complete all documents of Income Tax for employees & Guards & signed by employees to be submitted.
· Checking the time for overtime and on call of employees Area 4 monthly in (ERP.) Sys. And completing the signatures then sending to HQ or related departments
· Activation of SIM for the new employee & new Sites and enter information in the HRMS Sys. , And closed when resigning and recharge the balance in the event of non-recipient of employee, Guards, Drivers in addition to the monthly inventory and annual inventory.
· Manage & prepare for any training session, events, workshops, meetings … etc. in Area4 in coordination with training team in HQ.
· Distribute salary (employees & contingent – Area4)
· Any other requested tasks.
· BSC degree
· Language skills (Arabic & English)
· Ability to work under pressure Computer skills (Microsoft

· (2-5) Years of experience in administrative work.
