A leading company in the fashion industry is looking to hire a Community Manager to manage and grow its campus ambassador program. This role is crucial in increasing brand visibility, engaging with college students, and fostering a strong sense of community to drive brand loyalty.

Job Summary: • Lead, recruit, and manage campus ambassadors across multiple locations to increase brand visibility and awareness. • Develop and execute strategies to ensure the campus ambassador program aligns with overall marketing goals. • Provide guidance and support to ambassadors, monitor their performance, and ensure brand goals are met. • Oversee content creation and event planning to foster deeper community engagement. • Conduct training and development sessions to enhance ambassador skills and brand advocacy.


Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment & Onboarding


    • Identify and recruit passionate campus ambassadors from universities to represent the brand.
    • Develop and implement an onboarding process that effectively trains ambassadors on brand values and expectations.
  2. Program Development & Strategy


    • Create and execute strategies to ensure the campus ambassador program supports marketing objectives.
    • Plan and manage campaigns, providing ambassadors with necessary resources, tools, and creative content.
  3. Relationship Management


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with campus ambassadors, ensuring ongoing support and feedback.
    • Monitor ambassador progress and motivate them to meet program goals.
  4. Content Creation & Event Planning


    • Work with ambassadors to create engaging content that resonates with the target demographic.
    • Plan and manage on-campus events, activations, and promotions to boost brand visibility.
  5. Training & Development


    • Conduct regular training sessions to keep ambassadors informed about the brand and marketing trends.
    • Encourage professional growth through opportunities in marketing, social media, and event management.
  6. Reporting & Analysis


    • Track ambassador activities and campaign results to ensure program effectiveness.
    • Provide insights and make data-driven recommendations to improve the program.
  7. Brand Advocacy & Community Building


    • Inspire ambassadors to actively promote the brand and engage their peers.
    • Foster a sense of community through virtual and in-person meetups and reward programs.
  8. Customer Community Engagement


    • Brainstorm and implement innovative ways to connect with customers through virtual events, exclusive content, and other community-building activities.
    • Manage a customer community through platforms like WhatsApp to foster engagement and brand loyalty.

Requirements• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.

• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.

• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and youth culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or campus ambassador programs.

• Proven experience managing projects, campaigns, and events.

• Ability to engage with Gen Z and youth culture, understanding social media trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media content creation and grassroots marketing.

• Knowledge of analytics tools for tracking engagement and performance.
