Job Description

Responsible for entering repair data into the service program.
Support service centers throughout Iraq with daily service activities and ensuring correct data entry into the service program.
Assist technicians at the central repair center in sharing and entering repair data into the service program.
Coordinate with the Service Manager in Erbil and the Customer Service Manager in Istanbul HQ for reporting.
Communicate with the Call Center in Iraq.
Handle customer complaints received via the call center, sales dealers, or from the field.

RequirementsGraduate from Technical High School (electric or electronic) or University (electric or electronic).
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer operations and call center.
Knowledge in Consumer Electronics.
Good PC skills, especially in MS Office Applications (Excel, PPT).
Proficient in writing and speaking Kurdish, Arabic, and English (Turkish is a plus).
Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
