Job Description

This role is responsible for the implementation and execution of strategic objectives at EarthLink Telecommunication. The Business Performance Specialist – Strategy Execution will focus on driving the adoption and effective utilization of the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, ensuring the smooth operation of our Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process across all business units. This strategic role requires a professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of providing insightful analysis to guide decision-making and strategy refinement. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, offering coaching and support to help them achieve their key objectives, identify challenges, and capitalize on opportunities. Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing our strategic execution capabilities and achieving our organizational goals.


Job Duties


OKR Framework Implementation and Coaching:


  • Facilitate the adoption and effective implementation of the OKR framework within the organization.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to various teams in setting and achieving key objectives.

Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Process:


  • Coordinate and lead the QBR process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Regularly monitor and report on the progress of OKRs and KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:


  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to evaluate business performance.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate performance results.
  • Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the data presented.

Strategic Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and opportunities in strategy execution.
  • Support the formulation and refinement of strategic objectives and goals aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Process Improvement and Change Management:


  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement changes to enhance organizational performance.
  • Assist in change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of strategic plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive strategic discussions and decisions.
