Business Growth Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Leverage analytics, data mining, and consumer insights to drive growth and optimize performance metrics.
Analyze purchase behavior to segment the customer base and design targeted ‘reach-out’ initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
Lead consumer research to inform localized marketing strategies, ensuring our approach resonates with the Iraqi market.
Collaborate with last-mile vendors, warehousing partners, clearing agents, and customer service providers to streamline operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Implement data analysis automation to scale business insights, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
Use a keen understanding of consumer behavior to propose new features or product innovations that meet local market needs.

Experience with data analysis and customer segmentation. Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Comfort working with multiple vendors, handling legal contracts, conducting price discovery, and liaising with senior industry professionals Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on cutting-edge tools and trends to drive competitive advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in growth roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and motivate a team.
Proven experience managing projects and campaigns.
Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and growth tactics for young audiences.
Creative and strategic thinker with an enthusiasm for engaging with our target customers.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
