Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Tasks
Develop plans for the Banking Division and ensure employees complete the required tasks.
Administrative Tasks
Oversee and monitor Banking Division operations and notify the direct supervisor of updates or observations.
Technical and Executive Tasks
Audit the Banking Division’s daily activities, ensuring compliance with set guidelines: Confirm auction participation aligns with allowed purposes. Verify the submission of periodic reports by the Banking Division to the Tax Authority. Ensure analytical reports for the foreign currency auction are sent to the Central Bank of Iraq. Audit customs declarations submitted by clients through the Banking Division and follow up on deficiencies. Verify the completeness of client files via the archiving system, addressing any gaps. Confirm credit inquiry results and ensure they align with client data. Ensure each client has a file containing all relevant details. Validate import licenses and highlight deficiencies. Verify documentation of blacklisted inquiries by the Banking Division and the Reporting Department. Archive all data within the department's shared folder. Issue periodic reports to the direct supervisor regarding foreign currency auction operations, highlighting observations and deficiencies.

Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Level & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a similar field.
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role.

Knowledge
Familiarity with the regulations governing work at the National Bank of Iraq. Knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and Central Bank regulations.
Training Requirements
Risk management and evaluation courses. Administrative skills training. English language course. Advanced Excel course.
