Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will support the Talent & Culture Manager in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent while fostering a positive organizational culture.


  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment procedures and strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage administrative activities related to payroll, benefits, legal compliance, and employment law
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate the recruitment process for various positions
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews and managing performance issues within the organization
  • Analyze and report on key HR metrics and workforce trends to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee relations and conflict resolution processes
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Culture Manager on strategic HR initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in talent management and organizational culture development
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current industry trends
