Title: Arabic Language Teacher (Online)

Position Overview:

Gilgamesh Language Solutions is seeking bilingual Arabic speakers to join our team as Online Arabic Language Teachers. Responsibilities include teaching Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects (Gulf, Iraqi, Levantine, and Egyptian) to adult learners, focusing on areas such as Conversational Arabic, Business Arabic, Government & Military Arabic, and Cultural Awareness. The role also involves developing study materials and recording audio activities (e.g., vocabulary, pronunciation, dialogues, and listening comprehension).

Qualifications (Mandatory):

• Native Arabic speaker with a deep understanding of Arabic language and culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Arabic language, English language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with clients and provide clear explanations of the material.
• Proven experience teaching Arabic language and culture, preferably in an online setting.
• Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and cultural norms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online training sessions in both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Arabic dialects for learners of all levels according to the curriculum and schedule provided.
• Record audio activities including pronunciation exercises, vocabulary lists, short dialogues or stories, listening comprehension activities, etc.
• Assist in the development of learning/study materials based on provided content.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess client progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Stay updated on developments in Arabic language teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into training delivery.
• Uphold and enforce company policies and values, including maintaining professional boundaries with clients and adhering to schedules and curriculum.
