Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of this role (non-functional, HA / DR, Performance squad lead) with IBM Z
Digital Integration Hub product team within the IBM Z Software portfolio, you will be
focusing on product performance, high availability and disaster recovery aspects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8 – 14 years of experience with software development.
• Strong skills and experience with performant Java application development, Java
• config, heaps.
• Strong experience with debugging.
• Experience and proficiency with team leadership, demonstrating commitment and
• successful delivery outcomes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong understanding of applications and architectures within the z/OS environment
• Experience in developing applications on the z/OS platform, as well as experience and familiarity of the z/OS environment, tools, and development practices
• Knowledge of performance on z/OS
• Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery on z/OS
