Who we are looking for


A Paralegal is responsible for day-to-day administrative services supporting Fund Administration Legal. Written and verbal proficiency in American English is critical for this role, as a Paralegal will be responsible for drafting documents and communicating with the Fund Administration Legal team. A Paralegal must be adept at juggling priorities for multiple clients to meet deadlines based on changing client and department needs.

What you will be responsible for


· Drafts meeting materials and prepares documents prior to Board meetings.


· Prepares filings with the SEC.


· Maintains and adheres to corporate filings calendars and recurring board agendas.


· Prepares and maintains files.


· Performs additional administrative duties such as electronic file management.

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Any Graduate
  • 7 to 9 years (experience in legal or finance is not mandatory)
