Worldwide Offering Manager – TruScale HPC as a Service


Do you aspire to be a part of one of the Global Leaders in the IT world? The Services & Solutions Group at Lenovo is looking for a Worldwide Offering Manager to lead the offering development for TruScale Infrastructure Services – HPC as a Service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the service development process for TruScale HPC as a Service, working closely with Development Leads and Services Marketing to track offering readiness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to determine service offering features & pricing strategy, including key processes and resources.
  • Analyze potential service partner relationships and develop long-term strategic requirements to support assigned services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key extended teams, including regional Services teams, Services Delivery, Services Marketing, and hardware product teams.
  • Work closely with Services Product Marketing to develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan.
  • Contribute to Sales Enablement initiatives with training and product presentations.
  • Work with the Services Marketing team to provide value proposition and offering scope briefing for the production of marketing deliverables.
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives related to the as-a-Service and HPC market, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Incorporate Professional and Managed Services offerings into the TruScale HPC as a Service portfolio to enhance customer value and service capabilities.

Deliverables:


  1. Business Case – Develop a comprehensive business case to justify investment and strategic direction for TruScale HPC as a Service.
  2. Business/Pricing Model – Define the business and pricing model to ensure competitive positioning and financial sustainability.
  3. Route to Market / Go-to-Market Strategy – Design and execute the GTM approach, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  4. Channel Model / PNs – Define the appropriate channel model and product numbers (PNs) to enable seamless customer access.
  5. Pre-Defined Solutions / PNs – Establish pre-defined solutions with corresponding PNs to streamline sales processes.
  6. Training Material – Develop comprehensive training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Deliver Sales Training – Conduct sales enablement training to equip teams with the knowledge to effectively sell TruScale HPC services.
  8. Define Support Model – Establish and document a scalable support model for the service.
  9. Review Legal Requirements – Ensure compliance with all relevant legal policies and contracts.
  10. Review Supply Chain Requirements – Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize service delivery and logistics.
  11. Review Security Requirements – Partner with security teams to ensure the solution meets enterprise-grade security standards.
  12. Partner with Marketing on Collateral and Deliverables – Work closely with marketing teams to create promotional content and customer-facing materials.
  13. Competitive Updates – Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and update strategies to maintain a market-leading position.

Organization & Collaboration:


You will report to the Director of TruScale Infrastructure Services and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Teams, and local General Managers. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product and/or business management experience, preferably in the high-tech industry and/or services domain.
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach to meeting business objectives with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of as-a-Service and HPC solutions.
  • Professional fluency in English.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.



SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
