Putting safety in your hands


First things first, your chief concern is to ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment to work in and visit. Part of the checklist you will run through are to plan and execute all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits. Likewise, the mailroom, front office and housekeeping all fall into your realm.


Being dedicated to great results


You should be mobile and capable of working anywhere because you will perform daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to ensure high standards. Whatever mix-ups or jams that you spot, you should be quick to figure out the best repairs. Your input and ideas will be sought to help steer the team in directions that help make the facility perform at its best.


A typical day for you also involves contact with vendors—reviewing their services and coordinating with them for the resolution of any service issues.


Duties and Responsibilities


Lead the JLL Site Workplace team in the delivery of Facility Management Services.


oEnsure that the services are delivered in line with the Master and Local Vested Agreement commitments and within approved budgets.


oRecruit and manage team resource administrative functions & performances.


oDevelop site operational and management model aligned to global and regional platform playbook, policies and SOP as per the taxonomy.


oManage current/future annual budgets and forecasts as per financial calendar.


oTrain team members on bp life-saving rules, quality policies & procedures


oCollaborate with Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) on all outsourced scopes and contracts; align and secure approval on sourcing strategy.


oMaintain all records related to site activities and overall performance of Facility Management operations on Facilities.


oAnalyse call outs to understand trends; undertake strategic initiatives to minimize the same.


oManage, report and resolve all issues, feedback, escalations and incidents.


Prepare and submit of management reports/analysis as per cadence and when required by client.


oExpense tracking oversight and invoice management


oAssistance to for preparation of Annual Budget


oFormulation and implementation of Policies & Procedures Including Annual Update of Operations Manual


Support and deliver all other global, regional Workplace tasks as identified and handed to Ops
