We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Workforce Enablement LeadBusiness: FinancePrincipal responsibilitiesKey stakeholders in the role are the Global Finance CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) and HR Consultant for FinanceConsults with HR on People initiatives for Global Finance and ensures they are aligned with Group HRCollaborates with Global Finance and HR teams to achieve a range of tasks aligned to the job purpose:Risk Management –Identification & management of critical staff, succession planning of senior & key roles, MI & improvement against people metrics (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Carbon/ESG metrics linked to employees), Liaise with heads of business/ teams to determine future skills strategy/ gap elimination, RCMM(Risk and Controls Management Meeting)/Regulatory papers. Form a view of potential risks, based on data e.g. headcount movement against demand plans, trends in attrition, open positions and role fulfilmentAnalyse skills data to identify future skills gaps and the levers to meet the capability needs of the functionIdentifying patterns looking across various other data sources such as annual surveys (snapshot)Meet with COOs and teams to understand potential drivers of people risk and required actionsDraft papers on behalf of Finance COO on People Risk in Finance for reporting to the Risk Control Management Meeting (RCMM)Provide support on other non-financial risk items owned by Global Finance CAO team as required, including collaborating with Global Finance Chief Control Office to resolve queries
