Expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, US Payroll, Payroll Interface, Absence Management, Recruiting, Learning, beneficial but not required.
Expertise with Workday Integrations including Cloud Connect,
Understanding of HR processes including understanding of HR system design, structure, and functions.
Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
SQL and XSLT experience preferred.
Provides production support for Workday including, but not limited to, researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities such as system updates and audits; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Supports interfaces between Workday and other systems. This includes internal and external targets (for example, benefits and payroll vendor integrations).
Supports HRIS related projects to include Workday twice-yearly releases as well as future system implementations.
Supports major HR initiatives such as setup for New Workday Functionality or Integrations and Mergers and Acquisitions by preparing the system through requirements documentation, data gathering, and system loads.
Serves as a technical 'super user' and administrator of Workday to identify best practices, assesses functionality and system requirements, and recommends process improvements as applicable.
Works closely with IT support teams (internal and external) to ensure adherence to Solenis policies and procedures, completion of assigned tasks, and provide guidance where applicable.
Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
