Overview


As a Workday Integration Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between Workday and other systems within an organization.


What you’ll work on


  • Integrations Lead: Lead Integration Stream managing ongoing projects and implementation for new Integrations.
  • System Configuration: Configuring the Workday system to meet specific business needs.
  • Custom Reports: Developing custom reports to extract relevant data from Workday.
  • Integration with Other Systems: Integrating Workday with other enterprise systems (both internal and third-party).
  • End-User Training: Providing training to end-users on Workday integration processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvement related to Workday integrations.

Qualifications

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations utilizing, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), RaaS (Report-as-a-Service), BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), Document Transformation, and Studio are a must. 
  • Experience with PECI and/or WECI a plus.
  • Ability to architect, design, implement, and support Workday integration solutions.
  • Prior experience implementing and maintaining integrations across HR domains.
  • Familiarity with scalable and maintainable integration practices.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
