Job Description

The Workday Talent and Learning domain specialist plays a critical role in the administration and ongoing support of Workday within the Talent and Learning domains. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders, configuring system settings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal functionality for Workday users.


Responsibilities


  • Analyzing, defining, and documenting complex business requirements and processes
  • Leads design and review existing or new functionality/configuration with business resources, Workday architect, and product owner.
  • Provides guidance and thought leadership around capabilities in the Talent & Learning Functional Areas
  • Proactively suggests improvements and addresses issues. 
  • Contributes to knowledge management capital through activities such as sharing documented lessons learned, Q&A, documented deliverables, and regularly posting best practices and knowledge sharing information to the internal info sharing site.
  • Will provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to other team members.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of functional experience with Workday.
  • Prior experience implementing Workday Talent and/or Learning in a globally diverse organization a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze system issues and propose solutions.
