Job Description

  • Perform Code maintenance, improvement and/or development work.
  • Develop plugins for existing applications.
  • Develop internal tools for other teams.
  • Collaborate with other team members for code integration and maintenance.
  • Providing technical support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and device upgrades to field engineers/customers/partners. 
  • Interface with the internal engineering team to share field issues and test fixes provided.
  • Involve in Customer interactions to help resolve technical issues.
  • Involve in system debug and troubleshooting
  • Handles issues raised in the right timeframes, to meet  SLA objectives. 
  • File internal bug reports as needed.  
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure the optimized performance of links and features on the radio devices.
