Wintel Support Specialist
Location: Pune/Bangalore
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Infrastructure Operations person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn about infrastructure management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new systems and applications.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure optimal performance of infrastructure.
- Document processes and procedures for infrastructure operations.
- Learn and adhere to best practices in IT operations and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
