Job Title: Wintel - Senior Technical Engineer
Location:Pune, Maharashtra, India
What you will do:
As a Senior Technical Engineer specializing in Wintel technologies, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of server infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Wintel server environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to optimize system performance and security.
- Develop and implement system configurations, updates, and patches.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call support rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
- Assist in the design and deployment of new Wintel solutions and upgrades.
What we look for:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Wintel system administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving server hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
