Windows Production / Application Support - 24/7 Rotational Shifts

About the team:
Team dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems. We work closely with various departments to provide timely and effective solutions, maintaining high standards of service and reliability.
What you will be doing:
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks on Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms.
- Implement ITIL best practices for incident management and service delivery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Document and report on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
- Will be working in working 24/7 Rotational Shifts
What you bring:
- Should have 2-4 years of experience in Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system monitoring.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Batch, Shell Sripts).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SiteScope, or any other System monitoring tools).
- Basic Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Basic knowledge of scheduling tools like TIVOLI, ticketing tools like JIRA & Service now
