Job Description
Software Requirements:
- Proficient in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) suite and Azure technologies.
- Experience with Exchange 2013-2019 and Exchange Online Hybrid deployments.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive technology services and automation strategies to enhance collaboration tools.
- Advance business and technology products, including the development and execution of roadmaps.
- Successfully conceptualize, launch, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement technology strategies and policies that drive business value.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Core Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Windows internals and server management.
- Formal training or certification in enterprise-level deployments of Exchange.
- Experience in managing enterprise-scale M365 tenant migrations and hybrid environments (5+ years).
Cloud Technologies:
- Strong understanding of public cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.
Automation & Scripting:
- Proficiency in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Email Security:
- Detailed knowledge of email security and hygiene practices.
Experience:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in a relevant technical position, preferably in large organizations.
- Hands-on experience with automation solutions and technology strategies.
- Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Deliver technology service, automation, and platform strategies that enhance collaboration tools.
- Articulate technical strategies to management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Conceptualize, launch, and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Execute creative solutions for moderately complex technical issues.
- Leverage analytics and telemetry to understand and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive technology strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as MVP and MCSE are highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on research and development.
- Adequate understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
