Job Description

Software Requirements:


  • Proficient in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) suite and Azure technologies.
  • Experience with Exchange 2013-2019 and Exchange Online Hybrid deployments.

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Deliver comprehensive technology services and automation strategies to enhance collaboration tools.
  • Advance business and technology products, including the development and execution of roadmaps.
  • Successfully conceptualize, launch, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies and policies that drive business value.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.

Category-wise Technical Skills:


Core Technical Skills:


  • In-depth knowledge of Windows internals and server management.
  • Formal training or certification in enterprise-level deployments of Exchange.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-scale M365 tenant migrations and hybrid environments (5+ years).

Cloud Technologies:


  • Strong understanding of public cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.

Automation & Scripting:


  • Proficiency in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.

Email Security:


  • Detailed knowledge of email security and hygiene practices.

Experience:


  • 5 to 9 years of experience in a relevant technical position, preferably in large organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with automation solutions and technology strategies.
  • Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Deliver technology service, automation, and platform strategies that enhance collaboration tools.
  • Articulate technical strategies to management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
  • Execute creative solutions for moderately complex technical issues.
  • Leverage analytics and telemetry to understand and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive technology strategies and policies.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as MVP and MCSE are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:


  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on research and development.
  • Adequate understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
