Running platform business: As part of the central IT department for Bosch we provide IT services for hosting web workloads to all business units of the Bosch Group.
Reliable implementation: In the role of a System Engineer, you are part of a product team contributing to the design, implementation, and operation of IT services to host hundreds of workloads at scale.
Integrated implementation: You are contributing to the integration of our services into a state-of-the-art PaaS platform. This covers among other things topics like developing code to integrate into cloud self-service portal, central authorization management, handling of all security aspects, and billing.
Help shape the future: You are interested in and informed about new technologies and developments. You take change as a challenge and adopt private and public cloud features to optimize our service.

5 to 8 years of experience Knowledge: Knowledge of hosting related technologies, identity and authorization management and protocols. Ideally one or more programming languages (e.g.Golang), scripting (e.g. PHP, bash, Python), CI/CD (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Artifactory) Personality: IT-guy, reliable, team player, innovative and motivated Working Practice: solution-oriented, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. Organized and structured, responsible and comfortable in an agile working environment Experience: In-depth professional experience in IT, sound knowledge of hosting Java workloads and ideally expertise in one or more IT infrastructure areas (Compute, Network, Storage) as well as container technologies and Unix Enthusiasm: Interest in current IT cloud technologies and Platform as a service Languages: Very good English skills both written and spoken, preferably German skills
